Christmas Markt in Colmar - november 28 / 29, 2014
On Friday afternoon we drove to Colmar to the Christmas Markt in a rented van. Comfortably we were chugging towards Alsace where we arrived at our hotel in the late afternoon. The Hotel Mercure Champ de Mars was located in the middle of a beautiful and quiet park but within just a short 10 min. walk to the city.
After a delicious mulled wine, we strolled through the Christmas Markt and visited some of the 5 Christmas stalls. Music, the scent of gingerbread, mulled wine and sauerkraut accompanied us. The many brightly lit Christmas stalls offered their Christmas treasures ...
We were impressed by the beautiful half-timbered houses, which were all wonderfully and festively decorated. Our restaurant was located in the Little Venice district - an absolute must. We very much enjoyed our Christmas dinner in the traditional and cozy Caveau Saint Pierre. After a nightcap in an Irish pub, we returned to our hotel.
The next morning we nurtured our bodies with a rich breakfast buffet before strolling again a few hours through the Christmas Markt. In the afternoon we chartered our bus and went back towards Münsingen.
The great atmosphere, fine food, good conversations with employees and their partners and the festive spirit will remain in our memories forever.

Team-event climbing - august 22, 2014
It's very important to have confidence in the team. Blindly trust to the employees, that's what we experienced while climbing in the training center "Magnet" in Niederwangen.
Our coach taught us the basic rules in bouldering and climbing. The proper technique is essential, but it takes a good amount of strength, endurance and agility.
We all have proved courage. The height of 8 m felt like 20 m when we have to drop into the ropes, which were held by an employee. A very impressive experience. It has greatly strengthened the cohesion of our team.
Following to the strenuous workout, we enjoyed the great weather and a fine dinner in the "Schwellenmätteli" in Berne.
Weekend in Lenk - February 14/15, 2014
It is important to share wonderful experiences. We do not just work together. This is good for the cohesion. A weekend is planned, so that we have enough time for each other.
We start with a hearty brunch with hash browns, bacon, eggs and muesli in our favorite restaurant "Bistro Belpberg". We are now well prepared for an extremely busy day.
Shortly after noon we reach Lenk. We will be welcomed in the "Simmenhof" with a drink and a bite to eat.
After moving into the hotel room we start our outdoor excursion. With snowshoes we walk from Oey to Iffigfall.
The Iffigfall has more than 100 m drop height and is one of the most beautiful waterfalls in the Bernese Oberland.
After a short break in the "Alpenrösli" we return to the hotel. There we have enough time for relaxing in the spa zone. And because we are famished after all these activities, we meet shortly afterwards for dining and cozy finish.
The second day begins with a hearty breakfast. Strengthened we walk to the village. At the rink, we obtain a 2-hour course in Curling. Now we know the most important basics of Curling. The weather is so warm that we all wear t-shirts. Unfortunately the rink is transformed into a small lake.
Back at the hotel, a carriage which is pulled by horses ist waiting for us. Embedded in a warm sheepskin we will driven through the winter landscape. Meanwhile, we can eat a fine Cheese-Fondue. After that we take the journey to home.
BBQ lunch - 30 august 2013
Again a event with lots of sunshine: we start our bike tour in Steffisburg. After a short drive we stop at CIS in Heimberg. On the challenging tracks of the mini-golf course, we try to use as few points to sink the minigolf ball - the one more, the other less successful.
After a little aperitif we cycle along the river Aare to Jaberg, Stöckliwald, Limpach-Täli till Fronholzwald in Seftigen. At the barbecue-place Fronholz we spend comfortable and happy hours. Robber-steak, salad and a glass of wine strengthen us, bevor we go home - in the dark and equipped with headlamps.
It was a funny cycling trip ... thanks to all of you!
Sledging in Grindelwald - march 1st 2013
We celebrate our company anniversary in Grindelwald. we have perfect snow and weather conditions. By train we ride comfortably up to the Kleine Scheidegg. The Eiger run is one of the most fabulous sledging runs in the Bernese Oberland. The sledge-run leads us trough the famous Eiger North Face: this is not only spectacular but also a fantastic and unforgettable alpine experience. the potholes are not bad, and some of us look forward to the next day: The bruises and muscles really hurt us very much.
In between, we enjoy a warming mulled wine or jagertee and in the evening we enjoy a Inferno Fondu in the mountain restaurant Brandegg. A great day with plenty of fresh air and magnificent mountain scenery.
Morning hike Ällgäulücke - 29th June 2012
At 4am we all gathered at Kemmeribodenbad. From there a road led us to the Mirrenegg (1380 m), where we parked our cars.
Our walk took us on guided trails, past an alp (Ällgäuli), steeply to the Ällgäulücke (1918 m). At 6am we reached the Ällgäulücke.
A lot of fresh air, some ibex, a picnic, a beautiful sunrise and the breathtaking view of Lake Brienz and its surrounding mountains rewarded us for the efforts of the ascent. The way back took us through a marsh meadow full of gorgeous flowers.
