Professional Security Design AG (PSD AG) hands over to e-tool ag

We are pleased to announce that after the start of the branch office in Solothurn in 2020 as well as the handover of the management from Roland Joss to Hans-Jakob Rickli since 01.01.2021, another important milestone is already pending at e-tool ag.

From 01.01.2022, e-tool ag will take over all security / and door compartment planning projects of the company Professional Security Design AG (PSD AG). After the successful strategic partnership, Andy and Franziska Grüninger hand over all projects to the company e-tool ag.

Professional Security Design AG shares the core values of e-tool ag and with this step regulates the succession of the company from 01.01.2022. We thank Andy and Franziska Grüninger for the successful cooperation over the past years and the trust they have placed in us.

For you as customers and new customers of e-tool ag nothing will change. We have been preparing this succession process in a structured manner for over a year and are now looking forward to the official handover. With this step, we are also pleased to announce an expansion of our Basel location.
The office location Therwil / BL will be taken over and the personnel capacity will be increased already in the course of 2021. We will continue the projects of the company PSD AG with the same vigor and with the usual seriousness.
