On March 1, 2003 Roland Joss founded e-tool ag together with Michael Blaser.
They met through the work of Cerberus AG, known now as Siemens Switzerland AG in Berne. Through years of cooperation, they gained valuable experience in the whole environment of safety engineering.

The biggest hobby of Roland Joss is definitely the company e-tool ag . If time allows, he spends his spare time by trekking in the mountains. If he spends time in nature and breathes the pure mountain air - this is where he finds peace and can refuel. His next project is to trek on foot from Meiringen to Gstaad (Hintere Gasse). Any kind of sport gives him pleasure, whether biking, snowboarding or jogging.
