- Assistance in the preparation of a general escape route and access concept
- Expand of existing door lists details of all doors (function, hardware mechanical / electro-mechanical)
- Creating detailed descriptions of all the doors with electric installations and structures (door book) as base for tendering doors
- The have a say in the performance assessment of the subcontractors
- Creating all relevant documents, which are necessary for the production of door frames, including coordination with the frame manufacturer
- Creating a system-specific documentation of electrical materials / wiring scheme
- Coordination with subcontractors (carpenters, locksmiths, electricians, suppliers of access control systems, suppliers of electronic locking system etc.)
- Surveillance and assistance of all subcontractors work on site
- Surveillance to meet industry standards (escape routes, fire protection, personal security)
- Function control, approval of doors
- Project monitoring until completion of all open issues
- Preparation of a complete project file including all door details
